Amazing!!! The roast was the biggest hit of the day. Thank you so much. You went
above and beyond the call of duty. Everyone at the dinner table was absolutely amazed
at the way that roast tasted. I did it exactly the way your directions said and it was
perfect. You've made a customer (many customers) for life. There was a couple from
Hull (originally from Canton) that will make the trip to Canton to buy from your new (very

I AM AWESOME!!! THE WORLD'S GREATEST COOK!!! Seriously, the roast was too
perfect for words. Instead of cutting 2 onions, I cut four, placed them under the roast
while cooking, and served them as a garnish on top of the slices and it was truly yummy.
Made for a great start for gravy, too. THANK YOU!!! It was perfect.

I have to write and tell you what a HUGE hit the roast was last night. I have never had
one so tender!!!!!! It was unbelievable. Jason, my 17year old, described it as “awesome”.
That meansa lot!! Honestly, I will never buy meat from the grocery stores again. You
certainly have me hook and sinker!! I am talking you up to all my friends. You have
agreat store and I really hope everything turns out the way you have dreamed.

Okay, Bob, the beef stew recipe you gave me was, let's just say, great. I've decided that
you shouldn't give me any more of your excellent recipes because I am now becoming
the cook that everybody in my family hoped and prayed I would be someday, to my
dismay. I've had them all fooled for a long time so there were never any expectations,
but now they think I can actually cook. This could become a major problem because I
hate cooking. Seriously, though, it was really good. Guinness Stout and onion soup
mix...who woulda thought???
